Lux Architectural Siding Products
Lux panels and siding is another form of premium siding products that Jericho Exteriors installs. Lux products are made of steel and have a decorative coating applied that comes in wood grain, patterned or smooth finishes in a wide range of available colors.
Lux Architectural Panels are a fairly new product on the market and we are proud to say that we have installed this product with some amazing results. Much like other metal-based siding materials such as Longboard, Lux products are extremely durable, beautiful, low maintenance, and can be used to create stunning design features on your home.
What Are Lux Architectural Siding Products?
The brand Lux was started fairly recently in 2015 and has picked up a great reputation in a short time due to its excellent products and innovative materials. Many architects, designers, and other building professionals are using Lux products on their projects to create beautiful and durable finishes that will stand the test of time.
Lux siding products are made out of 24 gauge steel and coated with a Galvalume coating which the highest corrosion-resistant coating on the market today. All their siding materials are coated in a true KYNAR500 PVDF finish that ensures that it does not fade and is very easy to clean.
Lux is based in Edmonton Alberta and all products are made at their facility there. This is just another local Canadian product that Jericho Exteriors is proud to work with and install. We value our Canadian economy and try to use as many local material options as possible.
Where And How To Use Lux Metal Siding?
One of the great advantages of Lux products is that you can use them in any application where you would use other conventional siding materials. (and a few more) We have used Lux products to great effect for front entrances, pillar and post wraps, decorative fascia, feature siding areas, and more.
Anywhere you would want to add an extremely durable and beautiful touch of color, interest, and design creativity to your project is a great place to utilize Lux siding products. Lux can be made in custom lengths anywhere from 4 feet up to 24 feet which makes it easy to use in a wide variety of locations as well as limit the waste and associated costs by having your materials made specifically for your project.
Since they are local and have good turnaround times with no minimum order quantity, we can source your materials as they are needed and have them on site and ready to install with a short lead time.

Other Lux Architectural Products
Another great feature of Lux Architectural Products is that they come in many different styles, profiles, and styles so that they can be used in many different applications. The most common use for Lux is as a standard horizontal siding, however, it can also be used as horizontal board and batten, vented soffit, Fascia, and of course it all comes with matching trim pieces.
The random plank product has a very cool design style that can be made in any of their colors and patterns. The material comes in random width pieces that are usually stacked horizontally and utilize a contrasting background color. This gives a stunning feature design look that adds a ton of interest to any project. It very closely mimics that look of natural wood but is much more durable and lower maintenance.
Neo Lumber And Privacy Screen
Their uniquely styled privacy screen system is created by NEO Lumber and looks like real wood stacked in a screen pattern. It can be used either vertically or horizontally and is often used with a contrasting background like the Random Plank above. This full steel “Lumber: can be custom built in their factory to our specs or the “Lumber” pieces shipped, cut, and installed onsite.
The folded wall is another very unique material that creates an amazing look out of one solid brake folded piece of metal. This sculptural panel can be made in uniform or variable profiles to further modify the look of the panel. The panels themselves are installed using a hidden clip system and can be installed over a wide array of substrates.
The Privacy Fence is durable and easy to assemble. It is weatherproof and unlike real wood fencing requires very little maintenance and will not weather and age over time. The fence panels can be attached to either 4″ or 6″ posts and wrapped in Lux to match the fence “Boards”
